IT Administrator

Thomason Tractor Company is currently seeking an experienced and motivated IT Admin to join our team. As an IT Admin, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively. From setting up hardware, maintaining software systems and dealing with technical issues, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our systems are always up and running.


Job Duties Include:

  • Manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure, including hardware and software systems
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations
  • Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot company systems, networks and other IT systems
  • Provide technical support for staff members and investigate and diagnose any technical issues that may arise
  • Respond to user requests for assistance with technology-related issues
  • Set up and maintain user accounts with appropriate privileges and access to company technology and systems


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in IT administration or a related field
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience managing company servers and network infrastructure
  • John Deere systems experience is a plus
